He spent the day at work with me in a tote, and has since upgraded to an xl dog crate. I've given him hay, pellets, water, and a few bites of salad greens.

He has been pg in a litter box and likes to be pet, and even comes up to me. I've been having such a weird day. I need to decide if I'm going to keep him or not. But he is very cute!

I'm sure I can find plenty of newbie tip threads already, so while those are welcome, mostly, I'm just standing here blinking and going: well, all righty then.

Oh and: I put up posts searching for an owner on the local pages and a neighbor said other rabbits, guinea pigs, and a chinchilla had recently been found roaming. I have a feeling he was dumped :(

OOP: I am trying to get through to the local rescue for sure. From what I heard they were caught and are currently being taken care of. I'm more shocked that anyone could dump animals like that. I had no idea a rabbit would show up one day.

She is a really sweet bunny and we are keeping her. A lot of learning and acquiring things has been happening very quickly. I have constructed a pen, and I'm currently stress testing it to make sure

she cannot escape, as our house isn't bun proofed. I do let her out to roam with supervision, and once it seems safe enough, she can be out in the pen all the time. She binkies and zooms a

lot, and always wants someone in the pen with her. She follows me if I let her out. She hops in the dustpan if I sweep. She isn't much of a petting bunny. But I can pet her. I never pick her up if I can help it. She will crawl into my lap briefly!

Everything is still very much a work in progress, but I greatly appreciate everyone's feedback on the last post. I adjusted her diet accordingly, mostly hay with a bit of pellets, salad greens, occasionally a bit of bell
